Patricia; Marketing Internship

Patricia is from The Netherlands and completed an internship  in Sydney. Patricia did a road trip in a hippie caravan and went skydiving. How nice!

My home city: Sittard is famous for: I don’t know, it’s just a really small and a lovely city
I chose Australia because: I was watching ‘Heartbreak High’ on TV with my sister when I was younger, I really liked the lifestyle (skateboarding/surfing) and I knew I wanted to come here.
One thing I have learnt about Australia that I didn’t know before: Is that It’s HUGE! I knew it was, but I was still amazed by the size of the country.
What I miss the most about home is: My cat, my sister, my boyfriend, my parents & friends and eating SOUP!
One thing I want to do before I leave Australia: Skydive & Bungee jump. Did both!
My advice for other students who are planning on coming to Australia: Make sure you save up enough money before you come here. It can get really expensive if you are not prepared for it properly.
If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be: Swiss Alps
If I knew today was my last day on earth, I would: Have a lot of drinks and a nice BBQ with family and friends.
My next trip will be to: I really want to go to Asia next
