Kosima; Special Education Internship in Sydney

Kosima is from Cologne in Germany. Ever since she was young she has wanted to be a social worker, and now she is here in Sydney taking a big step towards her dream job by completing her internship at a school for children with disabilities;

My home city: Cologne Is famous for: it’s cathedral and the people’s mentality
When I was young I wanted to be: a social worker
I chose Australia because:  I love Sydney
My impression of Australia before I arrived:…I was here a couple of times before so I can’t remember; probably sun, beach, kangaroos
One thing that I have learnt about Australia that I didn’t know before is: even Australians are not always relaxed
One thing I want to do before I leave Australia: is travel around more
If I could live anywhere in the world it would be: somewhere it’s sunny
My next trip will be to: Melbourne
Best advice I have been given is: chill out and be calm
My worst job was: a babysitting job I recently had
Australia described in one word: Straya
