Anna-Carina; Hospitality Internship

Anna-Carina is from Osnabrück in Germany, she recently completed a hospitality internship in Sydney.

When I was young I wanted to: Run a hotel with my friend.
I choose Australia because: I wanted to be really far away from home for once.
My impression of Australia before I arrived: Beautiful landscapes and relaxed people.
One thing that I have learnt about Australia that I didn’t know before is: Many Asian influences which I like.
One thing I want to do before I leave Australia: Try a real Australian dish (such as Kangaroo steak).
If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be: Not in Australia, because it’s so far away from the rest of the world.
My next trip will be to: South of France.
Australia described in one word: England with good weather.
