Margaret; Occupational Therapy Internship in Sydney
Margaret is in Australia completing an Occupational Therapy internship. She is following some good advice to live and experience things while she’s young before ‘life’ gets in the way;
My home city: Portland is famous for: hippies and bearded men brewing beer
When I was young I wanted to be: a ballerina
I chose Australia because: I’ve always wanted to go and thought this was the perfect time to step out of my comfort zone!
My impression of Australia before I arrived was: That they had lots of spiders everywhere.
One thing I have learnt about Australia that I didn’t know before is: They eat kangaroos here!!
Before I leave Australia I want to: Go see the Great Barrier Reef
If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be: Somewhere warm!
My worst job was as a: ….don’t think I’ve had a job I didn’t like! Most of mine have been hard but not unenjoyable.
Best advice I’ve been given is: Take time to live and experience things while I’m young!
Destination of my next trip is: Hawaii!! or Europe would be nice.
