Matilda; Insurance Internship in Melbourne
Matilda is from Sweden and currently in Melbourne completing an internship in insurance. She has been to Australia many times before and loved it so much she chose to return to complete an internship ;
My home city is: Stockholm is famous for: Ikea, Abba, Volvo and meatballs
When I was young I wanted to: be a veterinarian
I chose Australia because: I have got family and friends in Australia and have been here many times. Also wanted to be somewhere warm during the Swedish winter.
My impression of Australia before I arrived: was always warm weather and beautiful beaches and nature.
One thing I have learnt about Australia that I didn’t know before: is the amount of slang the Aussies are using in their language and that everyone are mates lol.
Before I leave Australia, I want to: do my second skydive
If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be: Melbourne; it’s the place to be
Best Advice I have been given is: Wear high sunscreen factor
My worst job was: when I worked at a pizza restaurant
My next trip will be: hopefully to Perth
