Homestay in regional areas such as Newcastle, Cairns & Gold Coast are also available (prices on request).
Special dietary requirements may incur an extra fee.
Internet access is included in weekly fees, please be aware that AHN does not guarantee the availability, quality, access times and download limits of host supplied internet

The 'homestay applicant' acknowledges that Internships Down Under has acted to introduce the homestay applicant to AHN and/or their partner families, but is not a party to any Homestay Placement Agreement.

Key Deposit; $350 for on-shore bookings, $0 for offshore bookings.
Key deposit is refundable after departure, conditions apply.
Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival at which time the location will be confirmed.
Bookings can be made for a maximum of 12 weeks (extensions may be available in some cases). If initial booking was made off-shore, and then extended on-shore, the key deposit will apply.
Bed linen is provided for offshore guests; however blankets are not included but can be purchased.
Check-in between 3pm- 9pm, check-out by 10am.

Two weeks notice MUST be provided prior to move out date
Flight details must be provided for check-in purposes, regardless if the guest requests transfer service. Any flight change must be notified in advance as per 2Stay’s procedure.
CozzyStay cannot guarantee that bookings of two guests or more will be allocated to the same room or accommodation.
